Zanzibar - Island Discovery

Zanzibar is the stuff of tropical dreams — an archipelago of turquoise waters, powder-white beaches, and a rich cultural tapestry woven from African, Arab, Indian, and European influences. This 5-day, 4-night Island Discovery package is your perfect introduction to paradise.

Based on the main island of Unguja, you will have four nights to soak in the island magic. Spend your days lounging on pristine beaches, snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, and exploring the UNESCO-listed Stone Town — a labyrinth of narrow alleys, ornate doors, bustling bazaars, and centuries of history.

Highlights include a half-day excursion to Prison Island — home to giant Aldabra tortoises and excellent snorkeling — and a fascinating spice tour where you will discover why Zanzibar is known as the "Spice Island." Taste fresh cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and cloves straight from the source.

"This is an excellent guide and car service which we used in Nairobi and also on an overnight trip to the Homa Peninsula. They came highly recommended by an NGO that works in Kenya and we are glad we hired them. Mike was an exceptional driver on many different road conditions! We travelled in a comfortable Land Cruiser Prado to rural dirt paths and crazy urban traffic jams. He also was very knowledgable. It was reasonably priced and very flexible with our changing schedule."
